Each new project offers a variety of apartment types with pre-designed alternative layouts, so you can choose the one that suits you best. You can even influence details like the number of rooms and their functions based on your own wishes and needs.
We wanted to find out what kind of apartments people really want to live in and which solutions make everyday life easier. By collecting feedback and experiences from residents of our previous projects and those interested in upcoming ones, we discovered that preferences for the same floor area can vary greatly depending on life stage. Some want a compact 60-square-meter home with two bedrooms, while others prefer the same size with a spacious dining area and one large bedroom. In designing our homes, the priority has been flexibility – so that every apartment can adapt to different needs and life situations, and everyone can feel that their home truly belongs to them.

We want your home to serve you for as long as possible and adapt to life’s changes. The living room can be one open space, or you can choose to separate it into an extra bedroom or a home office. Home chefs often have their own dreams: one might want an open island for creating social dinners, while another prefers cooking in peace behind a more enclosed wall.
You can also choose between features like a sauna or a utility room. Many love to relax in their own sauna at the end of the day, while others find a practical utility room more useful for managing sports gear and laundry for a busy family.
